Real Outcomes

Patient Stories

Real journeys of recovery and hope from our Speech Therapy department.

H

Hamza, 4

Late talker — limited vocabulary

From silence to sentences

At four, Hamza spoke only a handful of words and grew frustrated when he could not be understood. Through six months of play-based therapy and weekly parent coaching, his vocabulary blossomed.

Outcome

Now speaks in full sentences and started school.

M

Mr. Aslam, 60

Aphasia after stroke

Finding his words again

A stroke left Mr. Aslam unable to form sentences, isolating him from his family. Our therapists used structured language exercises and family-supported practice to rebuild his speech step by step.

Outcome

Holds conversations with his grandchildren again.
