About the Program
The Diploma in Health Technology is a two-year (four-semester) program that prepares students to support clinical, diagnostic, and community-health settings. Affiliated with the Medical Faculty, Peshawar, it builds core knowledge of anatomy, infection control, and patient support, finishing with hands-on practical training at DHQ Teaching Hospital, Mansehra.

Academic Background
Matriculation (Science) or equivalent from a recognised board.
Minimum Marks
At least 50% marks in Matric (Science) or equivalent.

Practical Training at DHQ Hospital, Mansehra
In the final phase of the program, every student completes supervised practical training at the District Head Quarter (DHQ) Teaching Hospital, Mansehra — putting classroom learning into action in a real, busy hospital environment. Working alongside qualified professionals, students build the hands-on competence and confidence that employers look for.
HHIRS diploma students train where the work happens — a structured hospital internship at DHQ Hospital Mansehra ensures graduates step into the workforce already experienced.
